Refund policy

How our orders work

Everything we sell is 100% authentic, brought into Egypt from official stores. Most items are imported to order, we buy them for you once your deposit is confirmed. The terms below depend on which kind of item you ordered.

Immediate items

Items marked Immediate are already here in Egypt.

You can return them within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund, or exchange them for anything else in Immediate stock.

The item must come back unused, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact and undamaged.

You cover the courier. On an exchange, that means both directions — the collection and the new delivery.

Imported orders

Everything not marked Immediate is bought for you specifically once you confirm your order.

If you cancel before we buy the item, your deposit is returned in full. Message us as soon as you change your mind — the earlier you tell us, the more likely nothing has been spent yet.

Once we have placed the order abroad, the 20% deposit is non-refundable. By then we have already paid for the item, international shipping and customs, and none of that is recoverable. Imported items cannot be exchanged for other imported items.

If we get it wrong

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, that is on us.

Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the courier both ways.

Not eligible for return or exchange

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

How to start an exchange

  1. Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram (@brandigecc) with your order number.
  2. Choose your replacement from our Immediate stock.
  3. We arrange a courier to collect your item.
  4. Once it reaches us and passes inspection, we ship your replacement.

At delivery

Our couriers cannot wait while items are opened and tried on. Please accept the delivery, then check your order straight away — if anything is wrong, the 48-hour window above covers you.
