Confirming your order

To confirm your order, you pay a 20% deposit. Send us the transfer receipt on WhatsApp or Instagram. We confirm your order within one hour.

You pay the remaining 80% when your order arrives.

Orders without a deposit are cancelled after 24 hours.

Delivery time

Immediate items — 3 to 4 business days. These are already in Egypt, so they ship right away.

All other items — 14 to 21 business days. These are brought in for you after you order. That is why they take longer.

Customs and shipping delays can make these times longer. We cannot control this, but we will always keep you updated.

Shipping cost

We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address:

• Cairo, Giza, 6th of October — 100 EGP. Free over 6,000 EGP.
• Alexandria, Helwan — 120 EGP. Free over 6,000 EGP.
• Qalyubia, Sharqia, Dakahlia, Gharbia, Monufia, Beheira, Kafr el-Sheikh, Damietta — 159 EGP. Free over 6,000 EGP.
• Port Said, Suez, Ismailia, Faiyum, Beni Suef, Minya, Asyut, Sohag — 180 EGP. Free over 6,000 EGP.
• Qena, Luxor, Aswan — 290 EGP. Free over 12,000 EGP.
• Red Sea, Matrouh, New Valley, North Sinai, South Sinai — 490 EGP. Free over 20,000 EGP.

About the box

Our items travel a long way to reach you. Sometimes the brand's box arrives damaged, or is removed during shipping if it is too damaged to travel.
