Confirming your order
To confirm your order, you pay a 20% deposit. Send us the transfer receipt on WhatsApp or Instagram. We confirm your order within one hour.
You pay the remaining 80% when your order arrives.
Orders without a deposit are cancelled after 24 hours.
Delivery time
Immediate items — 3 to 4 business days. These are already in Egypt, so they ship right away.
All other items — 14 to 21 business days. These are brought in for you after you order. That is why they take longer.
Customs and shipping delays can make these times longer. We cannot control this, but we will always keep you updated.
Return Policy
Everything not marked Immediate is bought for you specifically once you confirm your order.
If you cancel before we buy the item, your deposit is returned in full. Message us as soon as you change your mind — the earlier you tell us, the more likely nothing has been spent yet.
Once we have placed the order abroad, the 20% deposit is non-refundable. By then we have already paid for the item, international shipping and customs, and none of that is recoverable. Imported items cannot be exchanged for other imported items.
If we get it wrong
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, that is on us.
Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the courier both ways.
